“My mother says: ‘Look, people started coming, they don’t have anything, they are barely dressed.’ They came from Kyiv, from the Kharkiv region <…> They were coming, and it was not clear, what to do with them and where to lodge them. And mother says: ‘They don’t have anything. No dishes, no clothes, nothing at all… Let’s create a group in viber… we will write, which things are required, and let people bring these things to the store.
